The governor of California released a stay at home order on March 19th in response to COVID-19. If I thought work for me couldn't get any more stressful... Trust me, it has been an awful few weeks at work for multiple reasons that I won't get into. I feel the end of me working my current job is coming soon; it's just not worth it!
Staying at home has meant some adjustments. Gil's classes are also fully online now. My parents were planning on leaving sometime in December or shortly after the new year but they are still here. This has turned into a huge blessing. They come over to our apartment and watch Wes during the day and we go over to theirs for work and school. We get to go home for lunch and breaks. I get to give my little man a hug when work is unbearable.
Gil made this awesome fort. Wesley isn't quite at an age where he can appreciate such things, but soon.
Wesley and I tried teleworking from the fort. It didn't last that long.
One of the members of our ward is a professional photographer. She saw a story of a photographer somewhere in the country taking photos of people on their porches during stay at home orders. This is our family on our balcony.
And in the parking lot.
