The last few months at the Clements household have included some of the following:
Floating paper boats in the pond near our home.
Wesley decided he wanted to watch the cake bake in the oven. He called it his kitchen tv.
We have a neck pillow in the car that Gil and I use for resting between turns driving on long car trips. Wesley decided he wanted to try it. It was extremely effective; he fell soundly asleep in minutes on a 15 minute car ride.
Wesley's preschool celebrated Valentine's day with a Grandparents brunch. Since none of his grandparents were able to make it, Gil went and the boys had a lovely time together.
Wesley is very safety conscious.
Watching Dad work on a project outside.
Fun with the air mattress.
Gil built a fort with the couch cushions. Lauren loved it! She still not quite walking but she is a strong crawler and pulled and flopped and scooted all over this.
She is finding the joy of solid foods, especially things her brother leaves lying around. She especially liked this yogurt container and licked it clean.
Mac and Cheese Monday is no joke in this house. We take it very seriously. Shirts off is a must if I don't want to scrub cheese stains off clothes. Sometimes in the eating, noodles get stuck on our noses.
Another new food, black olives, were a big hit!
Business as usual.
