To meet the quota

I set a goal at the beginning of the year to post at least twice a month.  It is almost May, and I'm only at one post for April.

Carlsbad Caverns National Park

I'm sure I'll have all sorts of adventures to report.  Now, I need to focus on researching this new place and re-packing from the semi-unpacked state I've been in the past week. 

And, since every post should include a picture, here I am in 2007, younger and a bit more full in the face, visiting Vesuvius National Park in Italy.
