What a relief to be employed again.
The day before I arrived in Texas my parents attended a dinner for one of my dad's former coworkers. While at this dinner, my mom mentioned to another coworker how I was coming home and would be looking for work. He passed his wife's contact info to my mom, who passed it to me. I contacted her, interviewed, and I am now a tutor at a place called Kumon. I even have a shirt and feel very offical.
It is part time, pretty flexible, and close to home. The pay is... humbling. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing but for now, happy to have employment.
I am sure you will infect everyone with you energy and enjoyment of life. and since you are on the staff .... does that mean you are a "staff infection"
