The Wee Lad isn't so wee anymore. Sweet boy turned four! He loves everything construction and heavy equipment so we threw a workerman party. We had four boys running around our tiny house but we made it work.

I made the cake and the icing from scratch with Wesley's help. He was so excited. Gil decorated it with construction equipment, signs, and crushed graham crackers.
Nothing went at all according to plan but it worked out just fine and Wesley is ready for his next birthday.
Gil and I made a construction worker with his safety gear and tools. It was a big hit getting the worker ready for work.
The refrain in our house now is "Mom, I can do/play/lift/carry/etc now that I'm four." Happy birthday to my sweet Wesley!
